No felonies. There is a large covered patio area under the deck, behind the garage that is shady & there is a huge deck upstairs. The outdoor shower does not have a door, but we use a shower curtain for it. No burning of any type on the property, no commercial vehicle parking, a boat trailer hitch must be even with the front or behind of the front of the house. We parked our boat under the carport. Renters contents coverage is required, not responsible for outages due to storms, etc. At the coast there are power outages, cable outages, etc. due to storms. If there is an evacuation ordered, we do not give a credit, we cannot control mother nature. It is all part of the Beach Life. Jamaica Beach has a trash bag ordinance that allows only black trash bags in the trash cans and if this is violated and a fine ($231) is given it is the tenants responsibility.
